Amazing Grace

Today in church we learned about The story of John Newton and his song "Amazing Grace". The choir sang a wonderful version of amazing grace and then the story of how John Newton was a slave trader before he became a preacher because of the grace of God. The service was really good and it went on to tell about how no matter how much we try to control our lives if we stop and listen to the Lord up above then the grace of God will be given to us. It was really deep and a good service. I ended up looking up the story of John Newton and it was really intreasting, please see the link below for the full story

Had a good day went to my brothers for dinner - photo below is My brother, his wife and my son Matthew. After dinner had to go to the hospital again as my daughter swelled up again, apparently she's alergic to amoxicillin - she had streap throat last week. I get to stay home tomorrow - but all in all it was a good day. Everyone have a great week.
