Spring fever

Today was a beautiful spring day and Matthew and I decided to soak up some rays and enjoy ourselves. After we ate supper I went and mowed the lawn, all that wonderful rain we had in the last two weeks. Seemed like everytime I took the day off or on the weekend's it was raining. Anyway, got half of the back yard done and then ran out of gas. Matthew then decided that he wanted to ride his bike - thank goodness I am sick and tired of game cube. Of course bring out the camera and Matthew has to take my picture - say cheese Mom!

Then we decided to ride around the block - we did this twice - I am not used to the excercise, and I know my legs are going to hurt tomorrow - however we did have lots of fun!!!

Boy I am so white - looks like I need to go tan!! Anyway, I am glad that spring/summer is here - I was tired of being cooped up in the house. Lots of things to do in the summer, Red, white and boom is right around the corner too - can't wait. I'm a summer person - love hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, tennis. Anyway, we had fun today and then to top it off it was opening day for the Royals and guess what they won!!!

Yeah!!! Royals won 7 Boston 1 - way to go on opening day!!! Whooo Hoooo!!!!
